ေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားအခြင့္အေရးမ်ားအျပည့္အ၀ခံစားေစရမည္

·         All migrant workers have insurance for general health care and emergency treatment from the government

ေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားတိုင္းအစိုးရထံမွ အေထြေထြက်န္းမာေရးႏွင့္အေရးေပၚကိစၥမ်ားအား ကုသမႈ အာမခံခ်က္ရရိွေစရမည္

·         Setting up work plan လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားေရဆြဲျခင္း

·         share activity plan with other members အျခားအဖြဲ႕၀င္မ်ားႏွင့္မိမိလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားကိုေ၀ငွရမည္

·         Regular communication and contact with local authorities နယ္ေျမအစိုးရအာဏာပိုင္မ်ားႏွင့္ဆက္သြယ္ရာတြင္ပါ၀င္ျခင္း

·         Leading in organizing meetings/ writing reports အစည္းအေ၀းက်င္းပျခင္း၊ မွတ္တမ္းတင္ျခင္းမ်ားအတြက္ဦးေဆာင္ျခင္း

·         Facilitation of events, celebrations & campaigns အခန္းအနားမ်ား၊ လႈပ္ရွားမႈမ်ားက်င္းပရာတြင္ပါ၀င္ကူညီကြပ္ကြဲေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးျခင္း

·         Review of goals and objectives ရည္မွန္းခ်က္ပန္းတိုင္မ်ားျပန္လည္သံုးသပ္ျခင္း

·         Evaluation အဖြဲ႕၏လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားအားျပန္လည္အကဲခတ္သံုးသပ္ျခင္

MRPWG’s Migrant Issues and Advocacy points

The MRPWG town hall meeting on 20 April 2011identified concerns, constraint and problems of migrant in Mae Sot and future advocacy points as follow;

The participants identified the (7) main problems as;

1.      Labour rights which majority of migrant worker does not entitle 

2.      Stay and work permit (status) of migrants (including registration and obtaining ID and change of work)

3.      Injustice and corrupted actions by authorities

4.      Uncertain, incomplete and not fully implemented migrant policy

5.      Lack of health care and prevention for migrants in the workplace

6.      Lack of Knowledge sharing and education rights for migrant and their family

7.      Freely travel and movement

The participants identified the (6) main advocacy points as;

1. Government to fully protect the rights of migrants by prevention from forced labour and human trafficking.

รัฐต้องจัดให้แรงงานข้ามชาติเข้าถึงการคุ้มครองสิทธิแรงงานและป้องกันการค้ามนุษย์จากการบังคับใช้แรงงานอย่างจริงจัง

2. Government to open registration for all migrant and their family to obtain status and without complex process

รัฐต้องจัดให้แรงงานข้ามชาติทุกคนได้รับการรับรองสถานะบุคคลที่สอดคล้องไม่เป็นปฏิปักษ์กับแรงงานและผู้ติดตามและเข้าถึงการมีบัตรอนุญาตทำงานอย่างรวดเร็ว

3. Migrant to have rights to access to safe and justice and government to provide right and quick justice process and provide with their language translator

รัฐต้องจัดให้แรงงานข้ามชาติเข้าถึงสิทธิในกระบวนการยุติธรรมอย่างรวดเร็วเป็นธรรม จนถึงที่สุด ไม่เลือกปฏิบัติและจัดให้มีผู้สื่อภาษาในกระบวนกาสรยุติธรรม

4. Government to enforce and fully implement safe migrant policy and related regulation (including policy that in line with local and regional content)

รัฐต้องมีนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติในการบริหารจัดการเรื่องการคุ้มครองแรงงานย้ายถิ่นที่ปลอดภัย

5. Government to provide equal health care to the migrant and their family member and prevention of work safety to all migrant workers

รัฐต้องจัดให้แรงงานข้ามชาติเข้าถึงสิทธิสุขภาพและอาชีวอนามัยอย่างทั่วถึง เท่าเทียม

6. Migrant and their family access to equal education rights

รัฐต้องจัดให้แรงงานข้ามชาติและผู้ติดตามทุกคนเข้าถึงการศึกษา อย่างเท่าเทียมไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ

The MRPWG seminar on 29-30 March, the MRPWG wish to the future of MRPWG and migrant as follow;

·          Found migrant worker union or Labour union of Mae Sot

·         Improve gaining of migrant rights in Mae Sot

·         Correct/cheap tem-passport process and all migrants in to gain legal status

·         Improve safety condition for migrant workers

·         Improve law enforcement

·         Border registration for migrant workers those frequently crossing the border and working inside thailand

·         Increase knowledge and awareness of rights and duty of migrants

·         Broker issue (give false information and making fake passport)

·         Implementation of capacity building and empowerment of migrant workers/ to reach out to migrant communities more

·         Elimination of discrimination inside MRPWG and migrants communities

·         MRPWG to have proper structural and better foundation

·         Hold Monthly meeting and emergency meeting

·         Set up MRPWG rule and regulation

(Work more with local authorities and media/medial rule/budget rule/etc.)

·         Capacity building of MRPWG CBO members

·         Local authority to recognize CBO status

·         MRPWG funding

·         Free ARV medicine to those HIV/AIDS patients

·         Increase and improve migrant access to health insurance, social security fund, work accident insurance

·         MRPWG regular communication with MTC/MS hospital

·         Emergency communication protocol and assistant

·         Access to free health for all 

·         More education rights/higher education opportunity

·         Teaching method and curriculum suit to local and regional content

စုစုေပါင္း အဖြဲ႔အစည္း (၉) ဖြဲ႕က ဗဟုိအလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္ေကာ္မတီ အျဖစ္ တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ေရြ႔ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအတြက္ ယာယီႏိုင္ငံကူးလက္မွတ္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း။

ေရြ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ားျဖစ္ေသာ ျမန္မာ၊ လာအို၊ ကေမၻာဒီးယား နိုင္ငံတို႔မွ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား ၂၀၁၂ခုႏွစ္ ဇန္နဝါရီလ ၂၀ ရက္ေန႔ႏွင့္ ၂၀၁၂ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလ ၂၈ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ခြင့္ သက္တမ္း ကုန္ဆံုးမည့္သူမ်ား ဆက္လက္ေနထိုင္ႏို္င္ရန္ နိုင္ငံသားစီစစ္မႈ ပါတ္(စ္)ပုိ႔ လုပ္ျခင္းကုိ ၂၈ရက္ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီ ၂၀၁၂ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း ၿပီးေအာင္လုပ္ေဆာင္ထားရပါမည္။ ပါတ္(စ္)ပို႔ႏွင့္ အလုပ္သမားကဒ္ သက္တမ္းတိုးသူမ်းသည္ ဇြန္လ ၁၄ရက္ေန႔အထိ ေခတၱ ေနထုိင္ခြင့္ ရရွိပါမည္။ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအေနႏွင့္  ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလ ၂၈ရက္ေန႔ ႏိုင္ငံသားစီစစ္မႈ ပါတ္(စ္)ပို႔  လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈ မမွီလိုက္သူမ်ားကုိ ၂၀၁၂ ဧၿပီလ ၁၃ ရက္ေန႔အထိသက္တမ္းတိုးၿပီး လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးသြားပါမည္။ ၂၀၁၂ ဇန္နဝါရီလ ၂၀ရက္ေန႔ႏွင့္ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီ ၂၈ရက္ေန႔တြင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ခြင့္သက္တမ္းကုန္ဆံုးသည့္ သူမ်ားႏွင့္ နိုင္ငံသားစီစစ္မႈ ပါတ္(စ္)ပုိ႔ လုပ္ေဆာင္ထားသူမ်ား အလုပ္လုပ္ခြင့္မရွိေသးပါ၊ ထုိ႔ေၾကာင့္ အလုပ္လုပ္ခြင့္လက္မွတ္ သက္တမ္းတုိးရန္လိုအပ္ပါသည္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ နိုင္ငံသားစီစစ္မႈ ပါတ္(စ္)ပုိ႔ ပံုစံအသစ္ ၿပီးစီးေအာင္လုပ္ေဆာင္ရပါမည္။ 

ျမန္မာျပည္သူသိေအာင္ေၾကျငာအပ္ပါသည္။ 
လုိက္နာျခင္းမရွိေသာ အလုပ္ရွင္မ်ားႏွင့္ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားအား ထိေရာက္စြာ အေရးယူသြားမည္။ တရားမ၀င္ အလုပ္သမားမ်ားခိုင္းေစေသာ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္အား အလုပ္သမားတစ္ေယာက္မိလွ်င္ ဒဏ္ေငြဘတ္ တစ္ေသာင္းမွ တစ္သိန္းအထိ ေပးေဆာင္ရမည္။ အလုပ္သမားမ်ား လက္မွတ္မရွိပဲ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ တြင္ ဖမ္းမိပါက ေထာင္ဒဏ္ ငါးႏွစ္ထိျဖစ္ေစ   ေငြဒဏ္ဘတ္   ႏွစ္ေထာင္မွ တစ္သိန္းအထိျဖစ္ေစ    ႏွစ္မ်ိဳးစလံုးျဖစ္ေစ က်ခံရမည္။
မေမ့လုိက္နဲ႔ အလုပ္သမားလက္မွတ္တိုးျခင္းႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံသားစီစစ္မႈ ပါတ္(စ္) ပို႔ လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္းကုိ အလုပ္ရွင္မွလုပ္ေပးရမည္။ စက္ရံုမ်ားႏွင့္ ေရြ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ားအား ၂၀၁၂ ခု ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီ ၂၈ ရက္ေန႔ မွ ဧၿပီ ၁၃ရက္ေန႔အထိ ေနာက္ဆံုး အလုပ္သမားရံုးတြင္ သက္တမ္းတိုးေပးပါမည္။ အေသးစိတ္ သိလုိပါက အလုပ္သမားရွာေဖြေရးရံုးခြဲ ဖုန္း။ ၀၅၅-၅၃၄၆၃၉(သို႔) ၀၅၅-၅၃၄၆၄၀ တုိ႔ကို ဆက္သြယ္ေမးျမန္းနုိင္ပါသည္။ 
တနလာၤေန႔၊ ဗုဒၵဟူးေန႔၊ ေသာၾကာေန႔ တိုင္း ျမန္မာစကားျပန္ႏွင့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးပါမည္။
